Hi, I’m Đinh Hồ Nho Thông, but you can call me Dinh! I sit at the fascinating crossroads of academic research and hands-on product management. My passion lies in a continuous feedback loop: turning complex, rigorous ideas into products people love to use, and taking insights from the field straight back into research.

I’m a product leader with years of experience building data and AI products across logistics, fintech, customer intelligence, and blockchain. As a Senior AI Product Manager at GHN, I work on AI systems for logistics — from smart parcel assignment to dynamic routing. Earlier I shipped customer intelligence products at Lexer (including Serve and the Lexer CDP), led digital transformation at FE Credit, and worked on blockchain and green-tech ventures in the UK (CCEG and Arbor).

On the research side, I’m a PhD candidate in Management at RMIT, researching blockchain and AI adoption, and I hold an MSc in Financial Analysis from the University of Northampton. I run emerging technology workshops for teams and institutions — recently on AI, design and systems thinking, and digital assets — and speak at industry events.
