AI Workshop for GHN

”𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝘼𝙄, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙩.”

IPOS in recent AI Monitoring report revealed that fact. Honestly, that makes total sense. If you don’t have a tech background, AI can feel a bit unpredictable. It is completely normal to feel anxious when you don’t really understand how a tool makes its decisions.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗜.

Recently at GHN, I ran a workshop on how to use Design Thinking and Systems Thinking to build your own AI workflows. The goal was to help our team turn AI from a confusing mystery into a reliable assistant that gets great, consistent results every time.

When you organize your work and give AI clear, step-by-step instructions, you fill in those gaps. You give it the map it needs to actually be useful.

The highlight was building tangible solutions together. We started by creating a practical workflow that helped our HR team build a system to automatically send highly personalized emails to 100 candidates at the exact same time. ✉️

From there, we pushed into even more complex workflows that require different roles to collaborate. For example, we designed a system that connects data analysts and content creators, allowing them to take raw market research insights and seamlessly turn them into trendy, ready-to-publish social media posts. 🚀📱

That is what happens when you combine smart tools with clear, human-led systems!
